Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Enseñar's website, internship programs, learning content, assessments, project submission features, certificates, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, enrolling in an internship program, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are legally able to enter into an agreement under applicable law.

If you are not legally able to enter into an agreement on your own, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or other person legally authorized to act on your behalf, where required by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you.

3. Your Account

Some features of the Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

Your account is intended for your individual use. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your account with another person or allow another person to access paid program content through your account.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, other users, or our rights, including where we believe an account has been used in violation of these Terms.

4. Program Access & License

Enseñar offers paid internship programs that include learning content, module assessments, project requirements, and other materials described on the relevant program page.

When you enroll in a program, you receive access for the access period you select at checkout. The access period determines how long you may use the program materials and features included in your enrollment.

Program access does not represent a fixed completion timeline. You may work through the program at your own pace during your active access period.

Subject to these Terms and your enrollment, Enseñar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the program materials for your personal learning purposes during the applicable access period.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly display, commercially exploit, or otherwise make program materials available to others except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

Your program access is personal to you. Purchasing access does not give you permission to share the program or its materials with other people.

5. Payments & Refunds

Internship programs are paid services. The price applicable to your enrollment, including any available access-duration options, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout using the payment method you provide.

The access period you select at checkout is associated with your enrollment. Unless otherwise stated for a particular program, access expires at the end of that period.

Refunds, cancellations, or other adjustments are handled according to the refund policy applicable to the relevant program and purchase. Where a specific refund policy applies, that policy will form part of the terms applicable to your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Projects & Submissions

Internship programs may include a hands-on project that you must complete and submit as part of the program requirements.

Depending on the program, submissions may be made through services such as GitHub, Google Colab, or another platform specified in the project requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submission is accessible to Enseñar for review and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the work.

Enseñar may review your submission against the requirements of the relevant program. A submission may be marked as approved, require changes, or otherwise receive feedback depending on the applicable review process.

You must not submit work that you do not have the right to use, work that contains another person's confidential information without permission, or work that is intentionally misrepresented as your own.

You retain ownership of your original project work, subject to any rights belonging to third parties whose materials, libraries, code, or other content you use.

7. Certificates

Eligible participants may receive an Enseñar certificate after completing the required program components and meeting the completion requirements for the relevant program.

A certificate represents completion of the applicable Enseñar program requirements. It is not a university degree, academic qualification, professional license, or government-issued credential unless expressly stated otherwise.

Certificates may contain information such as the recipient's name, program title, certificate ID, and relevant completion or program dates.

Certificate information may be made available through our public certificate verification feature so that the authenticity of a certificate can be checked.

We may revoke or invalidate a certificate where it was issued based on fraudulent, materially inaccurate, or otherwise improper information or activity.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Services.

You must not:

  • share, resell, or transfer access to your Enseñar account or paid program access;
  • copy, redistribute, or publicly provide Enseñar program materials without permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • use bots, scrapers, or automated methods to access the Services in a way that is not authorized by us;
  • interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the Services;
  • submit fraudulent, plagiarized, or intentionally misleading project work;
  • use the Services to violate applicable law or another person's rights; or
  • attempt to circumvent access controls, assessment requirements, or other restrictions implemented by Enseñar.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services and their contents, including Enseñar's website, program materials, written lessons, assessments, project briefs, visual materials, branding, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Enseñar and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited access rights expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership rights in Enseñar's content or intellectual property are transferred to you.

You retain ownership of content and project work that you create and submit, except to the extent that third-party rights apply. By submitting content to Enseñar for review or support, you grant us a limited right to store, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, review your work, provide feedback, maintain records, and operate the platform.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit any content you provide to us.

10. Third-Party Services

Some parts of the Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including services used for payments, project submissions, video content, email delivery, hosting, or other platform functionality.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms, policies, and privacy practices. Enseñar is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Where a program includes links to external learning resources, those resources may change or become unavailable without notice. We may replace or update external resources when reasonably necessary.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We aim to keep program content useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every lesson, external resource, project requirement, or other content will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every learner.

Completion of an Enseñar internship program, receipt of a certificate, or completion of a project does not guarantee employment, an internship placement, a particular salary, a promotion, admission to an educational institution, or any other specific outcome.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services. Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enseñar and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Enseñar's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to Enseñar for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim during the period applicable to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Ending your use of the Services does not automatically create a right to a refund unless a refund is available under the applicable refund policy or required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Services, engage in fraudulent activity, or create a security or legal risk.

Where reasonably appropriate and permitted by law, we may give you an opportunity to address a violation before terminating access.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute-related matters, will continue to apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights or remedies available to you, the courts having jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means that the updated Terms will apply to your future use of the Services, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
