We build internships that actually teach you something.
Too many internships leave you with busywork, while too many courses leave you with videos and a completion badge. Enseñar brings the two together: structured learning that starts with the fundamentals, paired with real project work, so you finish with experience you can actually talk about.
Why We Started
We wanted internships to mean more.
We kept hearing the same two complaints. Internships that were really just unpaid busywork, and online courses that assumed a semester of background knowledge you didn't have. Neither left people with something meaningful to show at the end.
So, we built an alternative and named it Enseñar (pronounced en-seh-NYAR), Spanish for “to teach,” because that's the one job every version of the product had to get right before anything else.
Every program is designed to teach the fundamentals clearly and end with real project work. Lessons need to stand on their own, and every program needs something an intern can put in front of an employer.

Started by a small team of engineers who kept seeing interns finish placements with little meaningful experience to show for them and decided to build a better alternative.
What we believe
Three rules every program follows.
These aren't marketing lines. They're the checklist every lesson, assessment, and project brief has to pass before it ships.
Nothing is assumed
If a lesson depends on knowing something, it teaches that something first, even if it takes an extra paragraph.
Plain language, always
Technical terms show up only after the underlying idea is clear in ordinary words.
Understand, then apply
Assessments and project briefs test whether an idea actually landed, not whether you can recognize the right keyword.
How a program gets made
Every program goes through the same four checks.
Before anything reaches an intern, it follows the same defined process every time, with each step focused on making the program clear and practical.
Map the gaps
We identify what an intern needs to know before each concept and design the program to fill those gaps before they're needed.
Draft for understanding
The first draft is written in plain language, with technical terms introduced only when they're useful and understood.
Test with real interns
New programs are tested with a small group first. If they get stuck, we revisit the lesson and improve it, rather than blaming the learner.
Publish & revisit
Every program is reviewed regularly against current industry practice and updated as content, tools, or expectations change.
